We're back in business!

Our brand new 14,000m2 facility is up and running, backlogs released and first shipments were dispatched on Friday last week.

Over 3500 pallets were transferred from Padstow to Moorebank in Sydney in a carefully orchestrated lift and shift project for our Philips and Pierlite product offers. 

Important Notes for your attention: 

1. We are back to full capacity backlogs were completed over the last week and have been dispatched
2. Collections direct from the warehouse will be available from 5 June 2025.
3. All goods returns are to be sent to our new address.

Looking forwards: 

Over the next 8 weeks our 4,000m² industrial facility will be constructed on site, bringing our Philips Dynalite global factory, MyCreation 3D printing farm, and NATA certified laboratory together on the same site.

The investment in this world class facility underpins our commitment to delivering the best products and solutions at the highest service levels available. Thanks to the commitment of all the teams involved we will be proud to invite you to our new home in the coming months.
